Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, the return must be in original condition and made within 30 days of receipt. If you are returning a defective item, please contact us by email:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the returned item is not in it’s original packaging or still in new condition, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please keep in mind you have 30 days from the day your product is received to have it returned back to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error/damage clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future shipping/manufacturing.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder, as our response can sometimes wind up in them.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: please contact us at email@example.com
To return your product, you should mail your product to: please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will pay shipping costs if the item is defective/damaged. Please note the original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the item was damaged or defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the post office.
